No rest here you'll be constantly challenged. One last point (to me this is the one that in my opinion make Paul unique and ahead of all the other trainers). His ability to train around any injuries you may have. In my case I have suffered from lower back pain for years. I have consulted numerous physiotherapists and wasn't really satisfied with any of them. Within a few months of training with Paul fixed all that my lower back problem is now history. He doesn't allow anything to stand in the way of your training (age/level of fitness/injury/gender are no excuses as far as he is concerned)."
